Testimonials
I thought the tryouts went well, the format was good. I thought Dave from NCSA was very informative and I learned some interesting information. There were definitely things I did not know or would not have thought of, so that was very helpful.
Michelle Roth (son Aaron attended tryouts on 2/10/13)
I thought the NCSA seminar was incredibly helpful. The most important things I brought away from the seminar were to never ignore or rule out a school that contacts me and also how successful I could be going the DII, DIII, or JUCO route rather than just Division 1.
Jonah Meidl (Attended 2013 WI All-Stars tryouts at Marquette University H.S.)
I thought the tryouts went well and was very good in terms of helping players and parents understand the process involved in getting recruited and hopefully securing some financial aid as well. It is always helpful to have other adults (besides parents) carry forward the message that it takes hard work and effort to make things happen and reach our goals. David Carl from NCSA and you did a great job presenting the information and the content of the information was excellent. Thanks for putting it together.

Wisconsin All-Stars Coaching Staff: "We just wanted to thank you for giving Josh the opportunity to play on the Wisconsin All-Stars this fall. We know that the coaching staff has put a lot of time in recruiting players, organizing tryouts and coaching the team. We appreciate all that you have done to provide Josh with the experience that I am sure he will never forget. He got to play on a great team and made some new friends in the process. He also had the opportunity, as did we, to see many great schools and play at college baseball fields. Again, thanks for the opportunities Josh has had and for promoting high school baseball in Wisconsin and for helping players to get the chance to play at the next level."

Adam Ryan (2011 Wisconsin All-Stars Summer and Fall Team)
"I had the opportunity to play for the Wisconsin All-Stars the past two years. I had alot of fun traveling and playing against some of the best high school travel club teams in the country. I really enjoyed going to New York last year when we won the New York Best of the Best East Coast Showcase. I also enjoyed going to the MLB Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. The coaching staff cares about each player on the team. They work very hard in making sure players on the team go on to play college baseball some where on a baseball or academic scholarship. They are also very good coaches. I highly recommend any high school baseball player in our state that wants to play at the next level to play for the All-Stars."

I enjoyed your showcase camp. The registration fee was VERY reasonable compared to other showcases such as Perfect Game and Demarini Top 96

It was a great experience getting to play against some good competition out East and throughout the Midwest. The visit to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown NY was awesome! The coaches were a huge asset to me in the recruiting process. Misty Krug, (Mother of Taylor Reinhardt, 2010 Wisconsin All-Stars)
"Coaching the 2010 Wisconsin All Stars with Mike Buelow and Terry Cool was one of the best experiences I have had as a high school coach. The kids were extremely talented and motivated. They were of high character and had great attitudes. I have no doubt that any of the players who want to play in college will have a chance to do so because of the exposure they received in front of college coaches. The schedule was demanding as we played a lot of outstanding teams and that made for a great learning experience. We had a lot of fun times as a team. On the East Coast trip we saw Niagra Falls, ate at Ted's Hot Dogs (world famous) in Buffalo, visited (and practiced there) Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall Of Fame, visited Newport, Rhode Island, and had a chance to play on Vassar College's (Ivy League) outstanding field. Throughout the season we played on some nice college and minor league fields. I am already looking forward to coaching next year's team".
Coach Chuck Jeffrey (2010 Wisconsin All-Stars Coach & Assistant Varsity Baseball Rice Lake High School)

Taylor Reinhardt (2010 Wisconsin All-Stars, Medford High School)
"The Wisconsin All-Stars Baseball team was a great opportunity for me. I got to know a great bunch of players from across the state, and played some high quality competition. It gave me a chance to travel to new places to play baseball, which gave me alot of exposure to college coaches. The New York and Rhode Island trip was a blast and gave me a chance to see if I could handle life as a college baseball player. As a result of all the exposure I was contacted by over 40 baseball programs and it helped me land a scholarship to a D-1 college."
Justin Jaquish (2010 Wisconsin All-Stars, 1st Team All-Conference. 2nd Team All-State Chippewa Falls High School)
"Playing on the Wisconsin All-Stars team gave me unlimited opportunities to showcase my baseball skills in front of coaches every time I played. Many coaches have recruited me as a direct result of playing on this team. Coach Mike Buelow went out of his way to organize quality events and get his players noticed. It has been an awesome experience in every way!"
Gunnar Smith (2010 Wisconsin All-Stars Fall Team, 1st Team All-Conference Wisconsin Rapids HS, Class of 2011)

Thank you for everything."

"The last two years playing for the Wisconsin All-Stars has been a lot of fun and a great opportunity to play more baseball. The coaches have been great and I was able to compete against top players each and every weekend and work on improving my game. I am glad I had a chance to play with the All-Stars and encourage anyone serious about playing baseball at the next level to jump at that opportunity."
Blake Correll (2009-10 Wisconsin All-Stars, St. Thomas More HS)
" My son Blake has played for the Wisconsin All-Stars Fall U-18 team for the past two years. He enjoyed the whole experience beginning with the New York trip each year and looked forward to every baseball weekend. He has developed friendships with players from around the state that he has been able to play with and looks forward to continuing those relationships in college. The All-stars have done a great job opening doors to college baseball for my son and helping us through that very important
Tracy L. Wisialowski (Mother of Geoffrey Wisialowski, 2010 Wisconsin All-Stars)

We also learned a lot about the recruiting process from Mike Buelow and NCSA (National Collegiate Scouting Association). We signed up Wes for NCSA program. He was contacted by over 60 college coaches. We highly recommend the All-Stars program and NCSA to any high school baseball player that desires to play college baseball."
Parents of Wes Peterson (2009 Wisconsin All-Stars, Barneveld High School)
"I played on the 2010 Wisconsin All-Stars Fall Baseball team. It was a great time and lots of fun! We played in showcase tournament games in August, September and October which allowed for great exposure to the world of baseball for all the players and a wonderful opportunity for me. It opened lots of doors for me that I feel would have never happened without being a member of the team. It also gave me the opportunity to showcase by baseball skills and abilities for college baseball scouts. We played a lot of baseball, however we also had a lot of fun. One highlight was playing some baseball tournament games in New York and Rhode Island, as well as visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. We won the championship in New York and gained valuable experience in Rhode Island playing against some very good baseball teams. Another advantage of playing for the Wisconsin All-Stars is Coach Buelow puts together a profile handbook that is priceless when it comes to recruiting. He also has numerous contacts in the world of baseball, which is also an advantage. The more exposure a player has, the more opportunities he will gain. The coaching staff was amazing and always encouraged our team, win or lose. life decision of choosing the right school for him."
Pat Correll (Father of Blake Correll, 2010 Wisconsin All-Stars)
