Mike Buelow

Mike Buelow has been coaching youth, high school and college baseball since 1985. He has coached at the junior varsity, varsity and NCAA Division III level. He was the founder of Becher Lincoln Street Sports Association, Wisconsin Youth Sports Association and Metro Milwaukee Sports Association. Coach Buelow also started the Milwaukee Angels and Brew City Bandits youth baseball clubs.  In 2004, Mike started the Wisconsin All-Stars. He wanted to help high 

school baseball players that have the desire and ability to play college baseball to get a scholarship. Coach Buelow is highly regarded as one of the best youth baseball hitting and pitching instructors in Wisconsin. Mike is a member of the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association (WBCA) and he is a certified WIAA high school umpire.

Terry Cool (Varsity Baseball Coach Highland HS)

Manager Terry Cool has been a member of the All-Stars coaching staff since 2008. Terry is also the varsity baseball coach at Highland High School in southwest Wisconsin, a position he began in 2006. During his time as head coach at Highland the Cardinals have won the Six Rivers West Conference twice (2006 and 2008), and have won four Regional Championships. Terry is a graduate of Fremd High School in Palatine, Illinois. During his high school career Terry played infield and pitcher. Terry was a member of the 1989 Illinois State Championship American Legion team, the Palatine Blue Jays. Terry attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he was a pitcher. During his career at Platteville, the Pioneers compiled a 66-57 record including a school record 20-8 during his senior season. Terry graduated in 1995 with a degree in secondary education. Coach Terry served as an assistant coach at Hickman High School in Columbia, MO in 1995 and also at Mineral Point High School in 1999 and 2000. Terry teaches at Mineral Point High School and lives in Highland with his wife Andrea and their four children, Terry Junior (TJ), Jazmine, Marcus and Julianna. Coach Terry is a member of the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association.

Chuck Jeffrey (First Base and Infield Coach)

Coach Chuck enters his third season coaching the Wisconsin All-Stars. He was the Head Coach for the U18 Western Wisconsin Rockies for eight seasons in summer travel ball and for seven seasons in the Gopher State Fall Baseball League. He was an eleven year Assistant and JV Coach at Cumberland HS and a nine year Head Coach at Rice Lake HS in the Big Rivers Conference. He spent fifteen years as Head Coach for the Rice Lake American Legion summer team. He also coached American Legion baseball in Mattesonand Park Forest (Chicago),Illinois. He was Co- Head Coach on the 1997 WBCA Coaches All Star West squad played in Appleton. He played four years at Rich East (Rockets) HS in Park Forest, Illinois and collegiately as a first baseman and outfielder for Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He also traveled throughout Europe playing baseball for the Spangdahlem Air Force Base All Star Pioneers and in the Germany Sports Conference .Coach Chuck has worked as a hitting and infield instructor at numerous clinics throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. He is a member of both the Wisconsin and American Baseball Coaches Associations. He received the American Baseball Coaches Quarter Century Award for Leadership and Devotion to Baseball. He is married to KK and they have one son, Logan, who currently plays baseball for the Carroll University Pioneers.

Doug Coe

Coach Coe played college baseball at U.W. Stevens Point where he received numerous awards. In 2008 Doug earned 1st Team All-American, Regional and Conference Player of the Year awards. He was 3 time All-Region Player. He finished TOP 5 in numerous WIAC career batting categories. Doug had a .400 career batting average in college. Doug played two summers in the Northwoods league. He played for the Wisconsin Woodchucks in 2005 and for the Eau Claire Express in 2006. Upon graduating with a B.S. degree in elementary education and a minor in coaching Doug played professional baseball for the Windy City Wildcats (2008-09). Doug was also an assistant coach at Lawrence University for two years. Doug is the current varsity baseball coach at Wisconsin Heights High School and he is also a member of the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association (WBCA).

John Mazzei
Coach Mazzei has been coaching youth and High School baseball for the past 12 years and has coached over 600 games.  He is currently the assistant Varsity coach at Altoona High School and has also coached 5 seasons as the JV Coach where he compiled a 76-5 record.  Altoona is going for their 5th straight Conference Championship and was the D-2 State Runner Up in 2010.
 
He has coached the Altoona Wildcats Elite USSSA Travel Team for the past 9 years where he has won over 20 tournament championships during that time.  His team played in the USSSA Elite World Series in the 16U Tournament in Kissimmee, FL and finished 9th out of 56 teams. Last season, he coached the Altoona Wildcats in the Gopher State 19U Open Tournament of Champions to a 6 – 0 record and defeated the #1 overall seed 5 – 0.  John is also the head coach of the Altoona Sr. Legion team.
 
John graduated magna cum laude from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology. He has been married for 23 years and has 2 sons Philip and Forrest. Philip is a senior Shortstop at Altoona HS and is planning on playing at UWSP in the Fall.
